I'm guessing the Arrowhead or Big Bear area(?) because I think I saw another video where he was driving it on Los Angeles streets. If so, I doubt he'd be this far north.

Well you might say that we are both wrong. It is/was being built in Oregon. It was also at the Barrett/Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, AZ last month.
