Life's great!

Postby Joamon » Fri Feb 03, 2012 7:58 am

Itls my day off and I am sitting on the deck waiting for the sun to come up. Itls 65 degrees. I have light from my 1926 AGM lantern. Cooking sausage on a 1972 502 stove with a piece of wagner cast iron. Later today I am going to the flea market.
Somedays are really good! :D

Keith,

As I am sitting in my cube, with the buzz of fluorescents overhead, while reading my morning email, and working on my first cup of coffee, I am envious.

"As I am sitting in my cube, with the buzz of fluorescents overhead."
In the movie Joe verses the Volcano, this condition is known as a Brain cloud.

My day off too...I'm getting ready to go to the San Francisco Bay area for a Chinese New Year celebration at Trader Vic's tonight, but will hit CW and thrift stores on the way down...and the Vacaville outlet stores for Lodge CI on the way back! Staying overnight, of course. Meeting more friends from Sacramento who are going, and friends from the bay who will be there.

Hopefully I'll find more Coleman on my trip.

I'll hit one of the vintage jack stands with paint again before I go...One is rusted shut, the other is good..2 more better ones under the big trailer, and I'm really close to selling that one so I can get to work on those (or at least a second one that works!)

It should be a good weekend. Stressful waiting for the guy to for sure take the trailer (give me a deposit), and my mother is going in for major surgery in a few days and I've got to get ready for that, but otherwise good.

Did Kirk start a fire with all his Coleman or what!!?? :o

Now he's got me wondering what happened..

My life is more boring: bought a fake fire at CW, still can't find the curtain tape I need, and I'm sitting in a hotel room near SF waiting for Trader Vics to open posting here from my phone.

But I did see something cool in a free RV mag: vintage look folding lawn chairs. http://www.LawnChairUSA.com

They even have UV stabilized webbing

Kirk, It sounds like that guy is taking the city for a ride! Having your hand in both pots is a serious ethics issue!

Mark you are wise beyond your years. I just got back from the first really powerfully meetings. Many from the public showed up and we were very much supported. I am spread very thin by big issues like this I will be glad when my job is complete. Thanks for taking the time to research this issue. We are going to take this country back!

When I can get back to this forum and Coleman stuff life will be grand. Until then keep up the Coleman.
