Our teardrop is fashioned (somewhat) after the 2+2 model making it 5'x12' unit+hitch/tongue= about 15' total. All handcrafted and PLENTY OF 'build' PICS as well as our travel pics available IN OUR GALLERY. The build was final in 2006...making it 5 years old. Built for 'Boondocking' or 'park hook-up'.It has been (and would suggest doing so too) Garage kept except when camping. Inside still smells new as no smoking/bad odors/etc.
The trailer is custom made for this build only and we have recently added (never even used) a small receiver hitch to handle a 'bike rack'. 15" (new) tires & wheels makes towing a breeze ! My 4 cylinder Jeep works great.
It has just about everything including a 2010 model 19" flat panel T.V., DVD/Surround sound, COLD A/C, Queen size memory foam topper sleeping area with (new, never used, queen sheet set and comforter/shams), s/s propane stove, refrigerator, porta potty (almost new) with private 'potty/shower tent', 12v-110 hookup, propane tank, marine battery, 2 storage areas in the floor (under bed) lots of interior cabinet storage and a very large galley for cooking, to include a stainless sink w/water pump (12v) for washing up, ice chest & storage for same, water storage & much, much more. (please browse our GALLERY PICS) Also included: 1-10'x10' Easy up cover used 3 times. Plenty of 110 outlets as well as 12v for your plug-ins.
New Coleman porcelain/metal dishes/bowls and matching mugs & silverware. Ice chest is designed to drain from bottom of camper when installed. Interior 12v vent fan for circulation when A/C not on.

Recently registered and titled good until 2/2013. ALL original receipts for EVERY item installed in the teardrop along with original 'build plans' for any future addition/changes.
Due to growing grandkids that now want to camp with us we are forced to sell as we are up-sizing for them to go with us now.
We are NOW asking $5,600 (over $9,000 invested in parts alone-no labor) and will consider all offers that are respectable.
