Just trying to help here. I had these same types of problems when i upgraded the TJ site.

No problem, we've tried about all there is to try, not sure what direction to go next
Very agrevating when you have to log-in 5 times and rewrite a post 3 times before it shows up.... that dedicated ain't it

Have you tried a different browser?

I have tried IE7, IE8 and Mozilla... a laptop, desktop and even my Kindle.... dumped cookies, temp internet files and anything else I thought could cause a problem Still no change, got any more ideas?
Mike even reactivated my accout and then had me open a new one... still the same problem Stick a fork in me, I'm done

I've cleaned out the forum cache... had Jeff delete cookies, try multiple browsers, hit the delete cookies button on the lower RH corner of the forum. Since I think it's a cookie problem, and it's not on Jeff's machine, I think that his ISP has a cache that needs dumping.

Jeff plans on testing that theory tomorrow at a different location with a different ISP.

On the main ACP page you can purge the cache of the board too. (or maybe I don not understand that function)
