I've cleaned out the forum cache... had Jeff delete cookies, try multiple browsers, hit the delete cookies button on the lower RH corner of the forum. Since I think it's a cookie problem, and it's not on Jeff's machine, I think that his ISP has a cache that needs dumping.
Jeff plans on testing that theory tomorrow at a different location with a different ISP.
