I applied the asphalt roof patch (Black Jack® 6125 Roof & Foundation Coating) a week ago and it's still pretty gooey. I only applied one coat, but made sure to dab some extra in the cracks and crevises. Yes it's been a little cool (50-55°) in the garage, but I'm pretty sure that it should at least have a "skin" by now. I've even ran a heater in the garage a few nights, but not seeing any real change. I am seriously starting to doubt this stuff will ever dry. Before I toss the floor, I'd like to see if anyone has any ideas. Our original plan was to build the cab off the trailer, might have to rethink that. Thanks.
This is one of the reasons I use plam (plastic laminate) on both sides of the floor.
