I did some research and looked up the trailer used in last weeks episode of An Idiot Abrod.
It is called an XCape and is manufactured in south africa. Went to their website jurgenssafari.co.za (googled "xcape") and they have some nice design features.

Dry weight: 1256 kg Max weight:1650 kg so it's not a "lightweight".
