Wind Resistant Paper Towel Holder

Postby halfdome, Danny » Sat Feb 25, 2012 8:07 pm

This has been discussed before so I'm just passing on what I've found that suits a teardrop environment.
I know some use 1 liter bottles, a CNC teardrop on a chain ( I have one ) and others just want something that works straight out of the package.
I received 3 of these the other day and they are nice, almost as nice as the ones I use to buy, sadly they are no longer available.
Over The Cabinet Paper Towel Holder.
If you plan on mounting it on the galley lid you'll need to saw off the part that hooks over the door.
There are two holes drilled that you can use to mount it.
Get them while they are available. :D Danny

I just use a small bungee threaded through the roll attached to small hooks. The bungee keeps it tight enough against the galley hatch to keep it from unrolling in the wind but still pull off a towel. Works great.

I like everyone's ideas...when I get the Grasshopper over here I'll driveway camp to see what works and what doesn't...trying to keep it as original as I can, but I do plan on putting up paper towels and a spice rack kind of shelf...

keep the great ideas coming!!
