An ETD Build

OK... IF you were going to build a "Expedition" style TD what would you use for materials and how would assemble it and equip it... Have already determined to use high riding suspension with large diameter wheels and tires for plenty of ground clearance and something like these for fenders...

Keep in mind this ETD will be see a lot of off road, big rocks, rutted roads, mud, dust and be towed by a JEEP with 4.0 liter 6 cylinder with 4WD and big tires and lift kit and will see places a lot of 2 wheel drive car will not go and many fear even pulling the smallest of trailers....

And do not be afraid to suggest things like diamond plate rock guard across front and such...

I'm still working on my TD, but I had my fenders fabricated for around a $100.00, it was easier then trying to get fenders that would fit my wheels and tires. I also added 2 gerry water cans, 2-40 watt solar panels, 12 volts lighting system with all LED lights, 12 volt fridge ( in my tow vehicle) 3500 axel with derated springs and shocks and tires and wheels to match my tow vehicle.
