Yeah I have been working on a name for mine also...so far the best I have come up with is "Clark".

The reasoning goes like this: Very few of my friends know what a tear drop trailer is, so as I describe what I am building I say something along the lines of "you know, kinda like an RV". So we now jokinly refer to it as the RV, and since I love Christmas movies (anyone seeing the rational yet?) and Christmas Vacation is one our our favorites I can't keep the line "That's an RV Clark" from jumping in my head. So that why we call it Clark!

At least it's not called 'The Rolling Turd"..like in Robin Williams' "RV"...I was never so happy to have turned teardrop as when I saw the scene with the, um, blackwater dump. Holy, um, crap....that was so funny...but so horrible! I kept thanking the camping gods that I had the wisdom to see the light and join forces with the teardroppers. I'll never have to deal with sewage tanks! Just 'direct deposit' from here on out!!

Mine was The Curmudgeon Capsul until it started leaking. Then I started calling it Leakin' Lena.

Some have said it will just come to you.
One night I put the front sheet metal on my teardrop project and it hit me "Miss Piggy"
Can't wait to get her together for the camping season.....2 months and 5 days to go.

Big Dave, that is AWESOME! I was thinking I might need to get like 1000 imported Itialian Christmas lights for Clark, but maybe just a couple of the moose mugs and a black dicky will do!

Mine is called Tear de Force because getting it was such a significant event...so instead of a Tour de Force.....it is my Tear de Force :)

Your on the tip of an iceberg Johnny, the teardrop community is the most welcoming and friendly group of people I've ever met. Do yourself a favor and get to a meet as soon as possible. I went before I even started, just to get ideas. I was really blown away by the level of hospitality.
