When is your maiden voyage??

DragonFire, thanks for guessing correctly what was to be in my driveway. Yes, the goodies came with it. I bought some more interior accessories yesterday, and a couple of necessities today, so I'm accumulating what I'll be needed.

Maiden voyage? Hopefully by the end of April. Since I can't start on the installation of the electrical for a couple of weeks, hopefully I'll be able to be accumulating the material necessary for that. The ESCAPE2 only has battery operated lights inside and in the galley. I'll have to figure out if I'm going to install electrical simply or to get a bit more serious!! Simple 110V or put in a converter so I can install a fantastic fan? I have a couple of weeks to decide.

And, I do still have the SideKick in the side yard. If my sister decides she doesn't want to camp this summer in it, then I'll put it on the market. Otherwise, I'll be moving a few things back and forth between the ESCAPE2 and the SideKick when my sister wants to camp. I know she won't come near the ESCAPE2....she's very claustrophobic. That's OK, it's the right size for Sunny Day and myself.

Congratulations!

See, I said it would be smaller than a Space Shuttle  A lot more useful to me, too. I don't think I could afford the fuel for the Space Shuttle. Thanks

The original paperwork and "how to care for your Little Guy" paperwork came with it. It has instructions on how to clean up the existing caulk, how to clean the fiberglass exterior, and the interior, also. There's also instructions that the existing caulk must be checked once a year for cracks and to check for leaks. I'll be doing that before I start on the electrical. I sure don't want any leaks.

Yes, it's nice to have a like-new TD without that new price!!! The shine even looks brand new!! :applause:

Thanks

Nice trailer Verna. Bring that out here to Rupert Idaho for the 4th of July parade. You just need to show up and they put you in. Or to the Leadore parade that I am still planning on this summer.

Yes, I am Barb...except for that lack of electricity thing. I'll start working on that after the first of the month.

Great idea, Randy.....but I don't have any out-of-state camping trips planned this year. I'll have to keep this in mind.

And, you've given me the idea that I need to be planning to be camping on July 4th....but I'm not too sure about Veteran's Day :snow
