Just wanted to bump this one up - we did indeed send our cover back to Paha Que to get adjusted for the larger size doors on the newer Silver Shadow.

They did a wonderful job and REALLY went above and beyond on their customer service. The cover is great, and the ability to quickly get into the trailer via the door or by lifting the cover over the back hatch is just great.

We highly recommend Paha Que.

Do any of you know if the covers will keep my woody "safe" outside in the summer? I live in the Pacific Northwet and I know I can't tarp, So I am looking for alternatives. I can put it in a barn in the winter, so I am OK there, but will these covers keep it dry without causeing other issues?

Hi Byrdz1 - the key to a good cover is water resistance, and breathability, so that moisture trapped between the trailer and cover will dry rapidly and not cause damage. In the worst case, after a heavy rain you could remove the cover to allow it and the trailer to dry before the next storm. And UV damage can be worse than moisture, and the cover helps eliminate that worry, especially during the hot summer months.

Jeff,

That orange thing you have in your avatar. Can it handle Michigan snows without collapsing?

Hi Mike,

That is our Cottonwood Shade Shelter (pahaque dot com/product.asp?productID=75070) - that is a good question and one we really haven't tested. It would support a fair amount of weight, but an accumilation of wet, heavy snow would not do well. The roof peak angle should allow snow to shed off, but again, we haven't tested that. Are you thinking for long term storage, or for winter camping use? If for camping use, as long as you knock the snow off occasionally it would probably do just fine. Thanks, Jeff
