Looks a little too hearse-like for my taste though. And it costs $87K!

Here's the company link: http://www.doubleback.co.uk/ for those with some money burning a hole in their pocket!
If it isn't broke, perhaps a more expensive tool is required to break it....

That's what I call a slide-out. If I try to replicate that for my HHR Panel...let's see...a 3' x 6' plywood board on drawer slides, sleeping bag on top, jack stand underneath, and a tarp duct-taped to my hatch door for inclement weather. Nope, not even close. I'll keep working on the TTT.

  • *100% LED's & GFCI outlets, 3x fans, AM/FM/CD/Aux. *A/C & heat, Optima AGM, inverter & charger(s)
  • *extended-run, on-board, 2500w generator *Coleman dual-fuel stove & lantern, Ikea grill, vintage skillet

"Looks a little too hearse-like for my taste though."............ or else one of those drawers they keep the stiffs in down the morgue!!!

My wife is dead against (pardon the pun) me building a teardrop, as she says a teardrop will be a coffin on wheels.

Maybe I just give her an ulitmatum..... $78,000 for an entire morgue on wheels or $1000 for a single coffin on wheels.

As with all slide outs, I really wonder how usable is the space when slid in?
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.
