Smallest RV?

Watching a show on RV's on HGTV, RV2012, big RV show in Hershey PA. They said the smallest RV is a pop up.
I think we need a teardrop roundup in their parking lot.

That could be true because in many states (maybe all?) an RV is defined by whether it has a toilet in it that is plumbed with blackwater tanks, etc. I think many of our little trailers would fall into the camper trailer category...maybe? Regardless, don't fight the definition unless you want to pay RV registration prices for your trailer and those are higher than what most of us pay. $> In other words, please pick your battles carefully.

Thanks for the link to HGTV/RV. Just watched the program and did not find it very informative other than to see some expensive "stuff".

 Most pop-ups don't have toilets either. And I consider myself an RVer...Just on a better level...It is a recreational vehicle after all

So it sounds like I could possible be building the world's smallest RV.

I don't think so.. From tongue to back mine is only 9' and that makes the 'box' only 7' long. ;)

P.S. I'm also smaller than most Tent Traailers.

Gage,
It looks like you may have the winner!!! Those programs are paid for by the manufactures and they only know about their own products and do very little research
outside their on realm... You have heard this story before....

How are you doing there on the west coast?

That is one cool trailer. You are clearly the shortest RV and perhaps the smallest. I am guessing your trailer must be 6' wide and 6' tall. If the statistics are based on cubic feet I may still have a shot. Also the criteria for RV status requires the shower toilet combo. Do you have that going on in that little trailer?
