I've enjoyed this site all day. Literally, all day. No work today so I've been here since around 8a.m.! All because my girlfriend called me on her way to work and remarked that she had seen a T@D. I had never seen this type of teardrop set-up. I might just build one someday. There seems to be a thriving TD culture here in DFW where I am though. I'm in Grand Prairie, Texas just minutes away from Cedar Hill State Park and Loyd Park at Joe Pool Lake where I have noticed some gatherings have been held. I might just see some of y'all out there someday! P.S. Happy birthday to my dad today who is 82 and healthier than I am and works harder than I do!
There are some really good builds in your area. I'm sure a lot of people will chime in from your area. Welcome to the forum. Hope to be seeing a build thread from you soon!!
Life is sooooo good......... Sail...camp....bike...repeat Becky
Welcome from someone a little South of you. Beware, it can be addicting whether you build or buy.

We're not here for a long time, just here for a good time. The stars at night are big and bright, (clap) (clap) (clap) (clap) DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS.
I looked for several years but the sooner you get you hands going the sooner you will be living the life. Even when I am not sleeping in it people are talking to me about it.
Start Drawing, redrawing and redrawing. I am working on my drafts for my next trailer. I had some crazy ideas for my first one now it is a little of this one and little of that and one has come from Avitar and the housings they sleep in. Your idea may not come from a teardrop at all, or you can get free plans and get going. we all have those days days every day we get over our and move on until we make it to the right spot and then we can

Welcome to the Forum. Think out side of the box! We hope to fit in to the teardrop lifestyle even though our teardrop project is a little unconventional. Good Luck with your quest. Personally I have not had this much fun with a build for a lot of years. Good Roads Brian & Sandi
