Lots of good work and sleepless nights thinking about this project I can see.
So if you were to un latch the pin at the bottom of the open door and move it away from the trailer about 3 feet…then with a new bracket on the top left corner of the door and one on the trailer top side rail you could slide over each bracket a 3 foot shower rod and quick pin secure. With the addition of a shower curtain it would give you a nice large shower stall (depending how far forward you mount the trailer bracket). But I am sure you have thought of that…because of your shower outlet location.

Nice build, when I was stationed in Long Beach back in the early 1960's I often stayed with my aunt and uncle in Redlands.
I still remembered the aroma of the orange trees that came from the many groves along the interstate from LB to Redlands.
we went back in the 1970's for a visit most groves were gone replaced with housing slabs of concrete
last time I was there in the 90's almost every orange grove had been replace with housing and the concrete slabs were now houses.
cousins and friends still live in Redlands, Riverside, San Diego, and san clemente.
nice job on your build keep the pictures coming.

Jeff, nice work. I am anxious to see what you do on the inside. You might give some thought to adding the capability to lock your rear doors open at 90 degrees to the galley wall. I found that it helps block a good portion of the wind that sometimes comes up while cooking.

That is Air Stone from Lowes. That backsplash weighs half what the P Lam counter top weighs.

Wow, So far do Good....
If I wasn't building a toyhauler version of a trailer, I would have gone with barn doors on back and done something like you did.
Tell us more about that trailer hitch set-up.

They are used on most of your off road trailers here on the west coast.
They take some work to retrofit onto an existing trailer, but are worth it.
They also make it harder to steal the trailer.

The rear doors are my creation. Not barn doors. I took a single door, cut it in two, made steel frames and then put it back as bi-fold so the latching door folds back to secure to the step and hold it in the 180 degree position.

Water tank is in. 33 gallons @ 8.34 Lbs. =275 Lbs. Wow, I should have seen that coming. Good thing it is as low as you can go.
Tank is 27 gallons and water heater is 6 gallons.

One thing you can consider is not to fill your water until you arrive at location or somewhere close. This way you don't haul the extra weight. Most locations that have a sewer dump site has a water faucet there too.
