Rattle snakes are out so think before you step

Postby Ron Dickey » Thu May 03, 2012 11:38 am

My cousin who lives near the southern california desert sent me a photo of a rattler and his prey a large rabbit.
So watch your step they are no longer hibernating.

that one I can not how ever I did find one similar. In his photo the rabbit he sent me is bigger by double but you get the idea.
He asked some driller friends and they said yes it will stretch over the whole thing. Dinner for a month impressive.

We were out geocaching 2 weeks ago and came across a copperhead. Beautiful snake.

Most of the time snakes will run away from you. The exception is if you try to handle them or corner them where they can not get away. Just be watchful and give them room.
