Newbie here, interesting forum.
Rebuilt my popup camper last year, interested in classic teardrop styles. I have looked over some DIY plans from the 30s, 40s and 50s. Some of them had wood frames, scary in retrospect. A lot of modern home builds out there on Harbor Freight frames I've noticed.
