Talk to a local QUALITY printer, not some instant press outfit. Ask who their supplier is, tell them why. They will either tell you where they get it from, or they will have an old under a bench somewhere that they will give/sell/loan to you. Or while you are looking in the Yellow pages, look for "Printers Supplies and Equipment."

Example of what kind of printer to look for: Years ago I did some graphic work for a company called "Western Color Graphics" and they were in the Yellow pages under "Engravers" Sadly, that old German who ran it has now passed to the Big Printshop In The Sky but he probably had a half dozen of those things laying around.

Hi guys, one more? . . . .

TJ, I got a 7" semi soft rubber roller from HD to use to roll over my aluminum sides and it worked very well. At the same time my buddy used a very short knap paint roller and I think it did better then the rubber roller. Give it a thought. Just my 3 cents worths . . . .

Jim,

Thanks Guys.... Yes, HD & Lowes was the first two places we tried.... they must not have them in Kansas City, Either that or the people I talked too didn't know anything about them.... they all looked @ us like we were making it up :? ... A couple of people tried to sell us those really small wooded rollers (like 1" wide) for seeming wallpaper

We ended up with one like Amy H showed us... It's the only thing we could find locally, & we didn't want to have to wait to order one... although if I would have had time I really wanted to get the one that rainjer suggested...I'll bet that works great!

Anyway, after a few days of appling the Henry 663 & using the soft roller... those sides are ON THERE!

In fact we just got done glueing the top.

Over the weekend we tried to get most of the trim formed for the edging... the stuff we got done looks great, except we got in a little hurry & weren't thinking straight. So we may end up ordering 2 more pieces for the top edges... we cut them a little short

Oh well, the good news is I think we will be able to use that trim elsewhere, leaving little waste.

Thanks Again for all the resposes!!
