Stolen Gen/Break in.

Postby southpennrailroad » Thu May 31, 2012 8:03 pm

Last Sunday my late wife's cousin invited me out to brunch and the parking lot where I stay was beginning to fill up with patrons for a some what of a company picnic for a business in the building I work at. Well I left and during the hrs of 9:00 to noon while the picnic was going on my trailer back door was broken into. Well today 5/31/12 the owner of the picnic who is very nice and knows my situation said that a blue car with 4 white people smoking and drinking, were sitting in the lot. The lock on the back door was bolt cutter cut off and they had to crawl over the bed to reach the gen passing up the extra lap top and a few smaller valuable items. The yellow bolt cutters remained on the ground outside the door. I suspect I know who it was now. Four white people in a parking lot of all black picnic patrons is kind of a out of place group. Incidently it was a off duty police officer who helped notice the vehicle and people. i suspect my gen may be coming home soon. I hope.

Sorry you had the break-in and theft, Russ. I hope you get it resolved soon.

PS. I don't think you can delete someone elses reply.

Thanks and it was strange as my opening was in a box as I was about to edit a misspell and it seemed that way. But thanks!

I think I know who did this break in and will pursue it. I need to go and photograph her car and show it to the off duty police woman who was at the picnic Sunday. Then give pictures to her as well. She saw them in the car who ever they were.

Sometimes I think the world isn't a very nice place. Good luck. Gus
