Got the Airbags on. Not too hard at all. Only suppose to take two hours.... took me longer than that... but I could do it in two hours if I had to do another. I will get to see how well they work next Saturday. I am heading out on a trip with the trailer to NC.

The upper bracket has to be drilled with a 3/8 in bit. The lower base plate mounts over the springs with U-bolts. It is not bad.

The kit comes with a rigid spacer that temporality connects to the top and bottom bracket to simulate the Airbag. You mark the holes from that. As you can see, the braket is not level, but in the line of travel for the spring where it is mounted on the axle.

Now we all know who to go to for install if we get some airbags :thumbsup:

They should solve your problem. Play with your air pressure till you find the best that works for you. They sure helped my ride.

Here it is all hooked up. Airbags worked geat on the way to North Carolina today. Should have added airbags a long time ago..

Sure is nice when you find something that works. I had my head in the wrong orfice when I first put mine on. :duh:

I had too much air and it rode like I was chasing waves all day long. I cut back about 15 lbs and it rode like a dream.

Got this great little 21" LED Backlit LCD HDTV with a built in DVD for $138 and a digital antenna that picked up 27 channels setting on my floor for $50.00. Cannot wait to install in the CTC. I have the mounts to put it on the inside of the Ramp door when it is up. The antenna will go on a PVC Pipe I will creat a quick mount for. Obviously the antenna will come off for travel.. but it will be nice for those times when I am inside the camper. Also, since the antenna amp can drive two TV's, I am thinking of getting a second mount so I can move the TV outside on the side of the camper. Already have a power outle on the outside.

I'll show some pics when I get it all mounted up. Just giving it a dry run on the livingroom floor before I install it all.

Posted the trailer pics previously hooked up to my 2001 F150. Changing out tow vehicles. Just bought a 2011 F150 4WD with the 5.0 Liter V8 and only 13,000 miles on it. Can pull a lot more with it ( Should be able to pull up to 9800 lb. ) . Tow package installed at factory.

My son totaled his F150 in an accident two weeks ago and I sent him back to college with mine...

Going camping at the end of the Month in Ocala NF to do some Dual Sporting and decided to hook up the TV. I just have to put a grommet in the back side to feed the cable through and hide some wires in the trailer, but it works well (I am getting 35 digital channels off the air). I am using and old tripod I have that folds up for the Antenna mount. The Antenna and Tripod fold up and stow fortravel. The TV comes off the wall easy and I stow it as well. A little setup involved for the TV... but I can't have it on the ramp door while traveling anyhow as I have to be able to get the dirtbikes in and out. Once I am at location and the bikes are out... then out comes the TV, AC, beds, and creature comforts.

If you don't mind would you tell us where you got the air bags?
I might need a set on my F150 they look good and since you have tested them we know they work.

I bought them from a seller on Ebay named got-chrome. You can find them at Autozone online or etc. Google Airlift Airbags. Good luck.
