How much?

Mine totalled $2950 and it woulda been less if it weren't my first TD. Wasn't quite sure what kind of beast I was creating, so some of the materials I purchased didn't even get used (in this project).

My second TD would definitely go together much faster and a little bit cheaper too.

I didn't vote either because we are still building but we are getting close to being finished. At half way through our build I made a post that we were going to bring our costs in about $1,000, well scratch that remark. We are at the $1,600 mark now but we only have the vent fan and mattress to buy, I think. We didn't like the smaller rims and tires on the H/F trailer so we bought larger rims, tires and also fenders. Included in this cost, so far, is all of our supplies, like welding rods, saw blades etc.

We have found that the parts that you can afford for the month usually will take a month to install so the costs are spread out on an even basis for us.

I tried not to add it up when I built the "box", ignorance is bliss however my lovely bride insists it was between $1000-$1200
