Several years ago I managed to lose the carrying case for my Coleman chair
. I tried taking the chair with me on trips, but it never traveled well without being constrained. Then I got the brilliant idea to check out the Coleman website and see if they had carrying cases for sell
In one word - NO. But they did have a way in which I could ask them questions. I explained my problem and asked how I could buy a new carrying case. They asked only one question - "quad chair or sling chair?" When I replied that it was a quad chair, they answered that a new cover was on its way and there would be no charge!!
It arrived yesterday and my favorite chair is packed up and ready to travel. I will definitely be a happy camper this weekend.
