Question for those near Philadelphia

Hi all,
I hope this is the right board for this question. I live in the grand city of Philadelphia, and while I love living in the big city, I have no space to build a teardrop (I live in a 300 square foot studio apartment). I am wondering if there are any teardroppers in/around the Philadelphia area that have a garage or shop space to rent. I'd settle for an empty warehouse or unused lot. I know this is a long shot, but my desire to build a tear is so strong that I figured it was worth a shot.
