I will.........................but I've been there several times and can tell you it would be almost impossible to run into someone you know there! What a crowd!!!!!

reo-ron,

I appologize, reo-ron, I just now figured out you were coming to the gathering. You weren't on the list and somehow I missed your post in the other thread about Beaver's Bend.

Glad to have you on the site, and glad you're coming to the gathering. :shake hands: It's great that you are bringing your Kampmaster. Don't know of anyone looking for one, but I think they are kewl!!!! 8) Do you have reservations for a trailer site? Think it's all full up....... ......though there are a lot of campsites at Beaver's Bend. Anyway, glad to have another camper on the trip. See you then.

Chris, Did I email you the list? Just wondering cause I have reo-ron on it and he does have a reservation. Check your email. I'll send again.

Ron, hope you guys can caravan. I hope Backwoodsman travels with us. I would love to see a real caravan of teardrops (not just pics).

Karol, and Chris too when are you leaving? I plan on taking the whole day off work, leaving something before 11 am. , although not in my bredbox, I really doubt it'll be "doable" by then, and I still don't have the hitch on my car and no $ right now for it !

I mentioned it to my 16 yr old this evening, not sure he's interested at all.

We are bitter cold the next night or two... might get snow. Wierd Oklahoma weather!

Linda, you are correct.............I must be blind.

Julie, we are leaving about 6 am. We are planning on having lunch with a good friend of Fran's who lives in Idabel. Then we'll hit the campground and start getting set up.

If it's an annual event, it's the "First Annual Beaver's Bend Gathering".

I think Linda said there were no more sites available, but we have some people doubling up so plan on coming!!! We're a friendly bunch so far, and we wanna see the tear you just finished and raise a glass to ya Greg!

That slushy snow is melting, more moisture for the ground to green things up !!! YEA!!! CAMPFIRE!!! I'm bringing marshmallows... if anyone has a cast iron skillet we could make a panful of smores...
