Hello all,
I'm pretty comfortable wiring AC systems. I have a brother 9 years older than me, who is a master electrician. He's also kinda lazy. The net result of that is when I was 13 years old he'd take me along on evening side jobs. He'd sit in a chair and tell me what went where. I did the actual wiring, and he got paid skilled electrician rates for the work. He gave me $5.00 an hour. It was kind of sleezy of him, but on the other hand, I've never had to pay an electrician to do anything.
The walls on the Command post are only going to have 1 inch of depth, including the thickness of the interior skin. Has anyone found and used boxes that shallow?
What's the usual dodge to deal with the thin walls? I suppose I could install all my outlets in the sides of cabinetry, but that isn't exactly the look I want to achieve.
Thanks
