Some Picts

Postby ezbie » Fri Mar 24, 2006 1:07 am

I have posted some pics of my progress in my album. Take a look. I am actually a little further along that the pictures. I have the framing in and I also have the undercarage coated (but no pictures) I did the undercoating with HERCULINER paint on bed linning. Worked great but kinda pricey $100 a gallon only needed one gallon though. I wanted something tough and durable so I figured this was a good place not slack.

Shane,

It looks great. How thick does that Herculiner go on? Did you use all of it on the frame?

Hey, glad to see that if you need medical attention that the ambulance is close at hand!

The herculiner is about 1/8" thick. The gallon covered the whole underside including the exposed plywood. I still had about a 1/4 gallon left also. after the herculiner was dry I also caulked the seems with black silicone between the plywood and frame just to be sure that no water could get to the plywood and cause damage.

The ambulance and three fire trucks... One problem though... I'm the paramedic if I get hurt I will have to treat myself. I am privileged that I get to work on my TD while I am at work. I actually have two jobs. One is at the Fire Department where the pictures were taken, the other is base out of the Regional Hospital where I am a Flight Medic on a Bell 407 Helicopter and a Pilatus PC12 Plane.

Where do you work out of?

Have a good day.

NO DOORS??? Just climb down from the top?? It would have been alot easier to cut the doors with the sides laying down flat.

Looks Great. Nice frame. :applause:
