BC,

Sorry to hear you can't take your trailer on your trip. Hope you have a good time anyway. BTW it's been really hot in Texas.

Your trailer's looking good. Is that bead board plywood on your walls? How are you planning on finishing it?

yes it is bead board plywood and the wife put a water sealer {clear coat} on it thats what it will look like still got to put the cabinets together and do electrical and put up trim around the top and block off front just not sure how to get this all done.But it will be done in time for camping trip to lake joe pool. And yes its hot here and humid but i keep plugging along.

Looking good! It appears that you used FRP on the ceiling, I have been planning on doing that as well. I see the rivets, did you do anything else?, are you having any problems with expansion/contraction from the heat? sagging or rippling?

Yes that is FRP and I used insolation then furring strips 1/8th inch plywood backing then liquid nail then FRP with screws going into the furring strips. The screws have a plastic rosettes about 1'' in diameter. Make yourself a dead man or get lots of people to help hold it for you {at least 2 people} Go to a mobil home supplier or a RV supplier call both M/H was cheaper if you need the place I got mine will ship { AMHS MOBILE HOME SUPPLY 817-558-3034 }

Well time for up date got trailer, inside finished and hope to load it with cooking stuff today, if rain holds off. Got all the trim up, got the electrical complete, got cabinets put togather and installed, got bed frame installed and need to load the bed, need to hang shelve for TV should do this today also. As for outside got tool box mounted and all the electrical installed in it, got the wheel bearings and brakes repacked and changed. Now I need 2 new tires for going down the road. This is not only a camping trailer its a trailer for hauling down the road for working. Its a multi tasking trailer. :lol: :lol: Well I hope to see you out there on the camping trails.
