I've been looking though all the great ideas everyone has and decided it was time to put my
tools to work. I live in Antioch Il., been a carpenter for more than 30 years, know a bit about
tools, and plan to put them to use. I see quite a few people put everything including the kitchen sink into their
tears, I'm a very basic guy and have decided to keep my first build "basic". Who knows, if I like it (and I do like
to build) I may get fancy. I've decided on a benroy look-alike attached to a Northern Tool 5x8 trailer. I've already
built a table to start construction and will start by building the floor.

You are in a great spot, Illinois has a great tearjerker chapter and since you are on the line hop over and join the Wisconsin group as they are very active also. Don't wait till you build the trailer to go to one of their "gatherings" You will come away with so many ideas !

You better bring your camera and a note pad to better capture the feature that appeal to you.

Welcome Ron. You have come to the right place. All the info you need is here for the asking. I am in Bartlett and just finished my 3rd Teardrop. Be careful, it can happen to you to. As Co Director of the Land Of Lincoln Tear Jerkers Chapter I extend an invitation to join us at a future gathering. You do not need a teardrop to come. A tent, trailer or pop-up works for us.

As far as pics go. There is a nice gallery section it does have some size restrictions but its a great way to go. Instructions are in one of the topics at the top of the noob section

well we can see them. when you hit gallery at the top of the field under each pic is an insert into post button just hit that and the info goes right into your post.

FYI have your gallery inserts go onto a line of its own. doesnt mess up ur post wording
