New tow rig

Postby mvperini » Mon Aug 13, 2012 10:54 pm

I bought a new vintage car to tow my teardrop , but came up empty on a hitch for the 48 oldsmobile, after a lot of drawings and building a protype i was able to bolt it up with 2 bolts and uses the bumper to lock the hitch into place. Here is a picture of the trailer hooked up to the car.

and the vintage hood emblem on the vintage front trunk

I will try and take some pictures of the hitch this weekend , very hot outside supposed to be over 100 this friday and we live west of portland or.
