Looking for used <1000lbs travel trailer in the northeast

I'm looking for a minimalist travel trailer. I've been browsing craiglist and such but haven't found anything that seems suitable. Figured I could toss out a wanted ad before I try and build one. I would like to tow it with a small car so I need to keep the weight less then 1000lbs. I'm willing to put TLC and repair work into it but it must be at least tow able as is. I would like to head out on my adventure almost immediately so substantial and time consuming repairs are problems but are not deal breakers.

Ideal I can find something like:
5x8ish body
less then 1000lbs (~800 preferred)
'comfortable' sitting room - I'm a fan of the table and benches that drops into a bed
reasonably insulated

To simplify my insurance and registration paperwork it can NOT have a bathroom or substantial water storage. AC/heat, stove, electrical, interior lights and other similar features and not too important to me. I'm a fan of the tear drop style but I doubt I can find that with comfortable sitting room. I'm trying to avoid a pop up style but otherwise I'm open to assorted configurations.

I'm currently located in upstate New York but willing to travel all over the New York/New England/Pennsylvania area to take a look.

Price is negotiable with condition and features. I'm primarily looking for a used one in the $1500 ballpark. I've got some family potentially interest in arranging a time sharing deal if I get something 'nicer' so if you have a used T@B, alto, lil demon or similar I may also be interested in that. In any case it still needs to be tow able by small cars so 1000lbs or less.

I think you want my trailer but I am in the South East not the North East. Though mine has a bathroom it is registered as a utility trailer. I am guessing you could simply transfer the existing traier title as is. Just saying.
I would make a special deal for someone going out of their way a bit. :D

It looks like we may be able to do business. It's not exactly what I'm looking for but it may be close enough. The purpose of avoid the water and bathrooms was to get it classified as a trailer instead of a motor home in paperwork. I'll have to bother my insurance people again to double check based on it already being considered a trailer.

I'm mostly fine with driving all over. The main reason I was looking close was that I've never actually towed a significantly large trailer and long hauling the fist trip may not be the best idea. Does it tow easy behind a smallish car? I'm hoping to tow behind a Subaru Legacy. Have you ever had a chance to get it weighed? Sorry if you addressed those in your build log but I”m traveling a bit now and haven't had a chance to read it fully yet.

I have the utility title in hand so if one is able to just do an out of state transfer then you would be good to go. I have not had it weighed but based on the toungue weight my guess is just under 1,000 lbs. I tow it with a mini van that has a 6 cylinder. I notice no drag on acceleration at all and no braking problem what so ever. It must be pretty light. I'll send you a pm.

I think a used travel trailer will be less expensive than a newer model, but you may have less of a choice. New travel trailers can be purchased at some large sporting good stores or at an RV store. You will be able to tour the models prior to buy.
