Sorry if it's already been asked but are there fire restrictions at our campsite? I know here in CO we've had such a bad fire season that many counties have banned all campfires or open flames except for gas burners. We have a gas stove and can cook on it but need to know if we should bring our campfire stuff.

Are there established metal grilles at this campsite? Or just stone fire rings?

This is Bridger-Teton NF, correct?

According to "Pinedale Online" fires are still allowed in campgrounds. Keep your fingers crossed.

Looks like the hot weather is coming back to the area. We were in WY. last month and it was near 100 degrees..but the nights were much cooler.
We are sure the "Walk the Winds" gathering will be a great success. :wine:

Steve, Mike and gang....

Sorry for the late notice I have been trying up to the last minute! but cannot make the trip... I am so bummed!

I blew the head gasket on the Taurus and it will cost more to fix it than it is worth.... So I listed it on Craigs list to sell it so I could buy a truck, but there are an over abundence of taurus' for sale and I did not even get one call. No wheels and no trip to WYO, I am beside myself with grief!

I was planning on it, the Cherry Drop is ready except for the coolers and no way to tow it... :( I am about ready to carry the Cherry Drop on my back! But since I can't do that with have to be patient.

I am planning on being at the Last Gasp, even if I have to rent a Uhaul PU to tow the trailer! would love to see you there and if not I'll see you down the road!

Newbies here, Lee and Norma. Please see introduction posted today for long drawn out details. We are planning to go to Alpine Wyoming Friday and then come visit the gathering Saturday to see all the tears, get ideas for our build and meet the folks. Hope to see you there. Lee and Norma

We wil be rolling out of Denver around 7am, should be at the campsite between 4 and 5.

Sorry to hear about the smoke - how about some of that patented Wyoming Wind to blow it all away?

Looking forward to the gathering. Bubbles is hooked up and the 4runner is full of gas.
