Angie, in case you haven't noticed, Slow seems to be a wee bit nervous about meeting people. At times, he's mentioned he may not be at the Walk The Winds....So, the fact that he did make it is GREAT NEWS!!!!!

I'm sure he'll have fun and will be ready to host the 2nd annual Walk The Winds next year!!!

Suckerpunched's comment about "this is your baby" cracked me up. I can only imagine Sucker walking up to Slow and giving him plenty of crap.

Knowing that Slow is with friends makes me happy.

Well I got word from Slow today. Its hazy from fires but everyone's having fun. Showed up early yesterday morning due to getting caught up on work before he left. He wound up with a trip to Ace Hardware due to an issue with the trailer. Ranchers are running their cattle in the forest up there. More sightings of cattle than bears . Slow sounded really relaxed and happy.

Nancy has been in school since Monday and teaching since Wednesday, wish we could be there so it has to be vicarious.
