I have a HF 800W and it does run my sump pump. I have it for power outages at home. :)

I have an 80 watt solar panel that runs led lights, tv or radio and my computer fan system with ease. However, as soon as I can save up I plan to buy a 1000 watt generator just to run my Petcool.

What size sump? I replaced mine recently and didn't recheck. I'd like to free up my other one to run my AC unit for the teardrop. I can't sleep in the hot and humid Midwest.

I had(I still have it, but my brother borrowed it 2 years ago and am still waiting for its return)a Coleman 1850 powermate and it didn't quite have enough power to start up a window air conditioner.
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.

My HF 800w will run my 5000 BTU window unit. It won't run anything additional but it will do that. I can run my dorm sized fridge, all lights, a fan, TV, and DVD player, but have to shut all that down if I want to run the AC. Mine is weed eater loud which is loud enough to want to set it away from the camper and a barrior between. Its perfect for the amount of boondocking I do which is very rare. I would rather have one of the inverter genny's but I like my money too.
