Hopefully you will get plenty-o-Coleman. The woman 5 houses down from my (hopefully) new house has the last name of....Coleman. It's an interesting neighborhood..mostly Streng homes (like Eichler..mid century modern post and beam construction)..but mine is something else..a transitional one. I will contact Steve Streng and see if it's theirs or the other developer's home. It really doesn't look like the other guy's design at all.

When the dust settles we will have to have a gathering of some sort. Even if it's trailer-less. Or you could all camp at the Elks Club and drive over (LOL!)..they do have electrical hookups!

Pie shaped lot..I do wonder if I should just get David to make a bigger gate for the tear so people could just roll into the back yard. I actually could have a few guests stay back there! At least until I plant veggies in the spring!

yeah..I get to try to talk to the loan guy tomorrow while I see patients! That will be fun! I'll have my courier (aka Mom) run the documents back and forth to my office for me to sign. Fun.

Then the inspection. Then I think I wait. Is that about right? I wait a couple weeks and sign more stuff and get the keys. Then I get to drop a bomb on my landlord, which will then start WW III. There will be a huge family blowout, and Mom, the trailer, and I will hide in our new 1966 MCM/ranch home. My scooter will be confused, and I will no doubt ride home the wrong way several times.

But by Christmas I will be sitting by my (fake) fire in my new corner fireplace by my aluminum Christmas tree drinking Tom and Jerries out of some vintage mugs. And all will be ok.

I just hope it goes smoothly. Especially with the landlord/ex-brother in law.

I got a 502 at the booty fair. It was a little rusty works perfect. Paint is really nice. $12. My first 502. The 502 is a very smooth runner. I think I might have to get a few more.
