Introducing my 7-14 v nose conversion built 7 yrs ago.

Continuing the bathroom walls, I used more tile board, some of it scraps, to line what would become the shower. Since the shower walls would be white plastic I was not concerned about the appearance here. The tile board made a great surface for gluing on the white sheets.

Building the Shower. Dry fit panels, Glue up with Loctite Quikgrip (GREAT STUFF!!!) Caulk the seams.

For a water heater I went with the Ecotemp on demand heater. This turned out to be a good decision!! Carbon monoxide is really a non issue with these since I take Navy showers, therefore the heater is only on for a few seconds at a time and I turn on the vent fan also when showering. I ran the propane hose which was JUST long enough out the bottom of the trailer. I bent a wire hook and mounted it underneath to hang the propane hose end on when traveling and not in use.

Air conditioner install. This is a 12,500 btu unit with heat also. It is a two hose design. One hose is routed though the floor behind the unit and the other runs though the side wall and out the floor also. This unit did a great job of heating the trailer but would only cool the trailer during hot weather after the sun got lower. It would freeze you out during the night but just could not keep up if temps got above 90 during the day. This is replaced with a roof unit now and gave me a lot of extra cabinet space today! The portable unit now serves in a backup roll in my home and is sometimes used when just a little heat is needed without turning on the central units.

Added these levels. These are a must for the shower to drain properly.

Installed a 1500 watt inverter for those rare times I might need it. It has a remote switch that I ran out by the coverter panel along with a power strip dedicated to it. I then built a floor to ceiling cabinet to hide the electrical and give me a place to put the bathroom light and fan switches. It also has a couple of shelves up high to store toilet paper and toilet chemicals. One of the A/C hoses running out the floor is hidden in here. (that hose is now gone and I have more storage!!!) Again the inverter seldom gets used but I feel it is invaluable when it is needed.

The trailer was now alive and all circuits had been tested and passed. !2 volt and 120

Painted the ramp door with some Gray sand paint from Lowes.

Made some trim out of the white sheets to trim out the top edge of the bath as best I could. Only thing I have never been totally satisfied with but it is what it is.

Water tank installed. This is a 30 gallon tank and I pretty much had to install it between the axles due to the framing. This was where I wanted it to go to begin with however to not affect tongue weight and I feel it is least likely to get damaged from dragging in this location. So far I have only drug the bracket once on a pile of gravel with no damage.
