Gerry, I'm glad we had a chance to talk and get to know each other a little.
As far as the trains; we can fix that but the loud neighbors is a little harder.
We always try to mix it up each year so that we move around the state for our gatherings.
You didn't mention the planes but they were obviously an issue for some people also.
I'll take a pass on those things and be thankful for the great weather. It's usually all about the weather and food. Not necessarily in that order.
