RV Junk Yard in Reno NV

This is for the Northern Nevada folks... I ran accross some threads here that referenced an RV junk yard here in Reno but no specifics of what or where this was. Searching these forums and google I have yet to find any details. If you are in the know on this can you please share? I love a good junk yard and if there is one with potential TD parts, I have to visit it!

Hi Brodie: I can't remember the name of this place but it is on West Fourth Street, west of West McCarran. It is just past Mayberry Drive on the left side of the road. You can see some old TT's from the road. The owner is in his 80's. He still has somethings there but I think he is getting out of it. Mostly disassembled TT's and the parts are stored in buildings. He used to do RV accident repairs for insurance companies. Be ready to spend a lot of time there.

Thanks for the response. I know where you mean. I just may have to have a look see this weekend. Spend alot of time cause there is alot of stuff ?? I like the idea of putting some vintage parts on a new build.

I will for sure do a Build Journal when I get there. I have already been PMing with some of the other Reno builders. I am still trying to locate a trailer frame I like. Work is slow, so I spend most days on the interwebs planning and researching. I want to start making dust !!
