Here is what I could find:

Memorial County Park, Near LaHonda/Pescadero
(Coin Showers; Food lockers; SR=8))
Butano SP, near Pescadero, has 20 sites for RVs. The rest are walk-ins.
(NO showers; Food lockers; SR=9)

Farther away:

Portola Redwoods SP, near Skyline Ridge
(Coin showers; Food lockers; SR=9)
Big Basin Redwoods SP near Santa Cruz
(Coin showers; Food lockers; SR=10)

South of Morgan Hill:

Mount Madonna County Park, near Watsonville/Gilroy
(Coin showers; Food lockers; SR=7)
Coyote Lake County Park, near Gilroy
(NO showers; Food lockers; SR=7)

SR= Scenic Rating 1=…Eh; 10=Wow!

Call-ahead reservations are recommended for all of these:

Memorial : Reservations REQUIRED 650-363-4021
Butano : 888-444-7275
Portola: 888-444-7275
Big Basin: 888-444-7275
Mount Madonna: Reservations REQUIRED 408-355-2201
Coyote Lake: Reservations REQUIRED 408-355-2201

Henry Coe, Coyote lake, etc are all on your way (and in Morgan Hill). I can ask the wife if you can park in front of our house. :)

Let me know,

Hey, Dave!

I know you are busy, but I just wanted to let you know that Kay & I are still interested in attending ... but you haven't let me know whether you'll let us in with our Caveman Camper Vintage TTT ... ... (though Kay might want to bring her '70 Shasta Compact, now ... also a Vintage TTT!) ...

Debbie and Randy, I just got this up date. Our association would have a cow if a trailer was parked outside.( Its also in the opposite direction glad you have a place).
For others needing a place Id vote for Coyote Lake County Park, near Gilroy. They do have showers for R.V.ers you just have to walk on over but make sure you walk like an R.V.er when ya do. They wont even notice. Oh and you have to pay with quarters. We stayed last year so I hope things have not changed. Henry Coe in Morgan Hill is cool, its up on the highest peak in Morgan hill with some great hiking. But its straight up so your tow vehicle should be strong. Oh and no showers or fires.
I vote for Grant and Kay's vintage trailer. Its very cool. They have made it look nice and I'm sure the Flea Market folks will love it.

I'm with you Ted lets leave about 6:30 so were not rushed.

Mindy and I are looking forward to seeing everyone. :D

I agree with dan and mindy about kay's tt. It is still a different, simpler than rv way to camp. Grant you gotta get that tugdrop done!

Dan, you are going to have to teach us how to walk like an rver! I do know how to pay with quarters, though!

Still no sign of the show on the website, but they're adding them weekly, one at a time.
I'll post when I see we've got an airdate.

I'd like to jump in on this fabulous event if there's still room. I actually have met that naked 40' woman in person before, so it would be fun to spend some time in her company!! I'll be coming from Napa, so arrival between 8-8:30 should be no problem (except for getting anywhere on time...)

Would also suggest the KOA in Petaluma, which is approx 45 miles to TI, via San Rafael Bridge to the east bay, then across the Bay Bridge.

I have a home built 4x8 Woody Teardrop, no pets, just me.

Hope to see y'all there!!

Lee, you want to come to Napa fri nite and caravan down Sat morn? I could probably get away with a TD in my parking lot for one night, as the Mercedes is going away...

Oh, I better get my own td over here too!! Or we can both leave from Shelly's!!

Sue; I might take you up on the offer. I was just going to park on a street some where in Piedmont and camp. But; Hanging out with you sounds better.

Made some good progress on the trailer this weekend. One or two more weekends like this past one, and I'll be ready for sure. ;)

I spoke with my brother. He'll be getting in from London late on Sunday and won't be able to shoot the trailers for us on Treasure Island. I really wish he could have made it down to take some excellent photos of the trailers in such a unique location. His 'day job' takes precedence. Sorry gang.
