Looking good Louis or do I pronounce that Lewie  . . . We Candaians love our French Toast.

It's good to find the groove on tear drop time.

All the best,

Martin

Thanks Martin...
Good because I love Montreal steak seasoning and maple syrup ;)

Today I was off so I've installed all the cross members and gave a try to the inner panel/headliner...
Then took off the panel and pre-drilled it to match the cross members
I've cursed a hundreds times about those 2x2 that I bought at Home Depot and are everything but straight...
Someone knows where to buy 2x2s that don't look like a 90 y/o guy spine ?

Clear grain select cedar ripped from 2x10 x 10ft. Pretty steep cost wise, but nearly 100% yield and you get to use what you pay for with pleasure. Local lumber yard.

Thanks for your warm encouragements guys :wine:

The week end has been busy...
One inner wall down... one more to go...
I gave the outer roof skin a try...
I've started to get paranoid about moisture so i've coated everything with penetrating sealant... Inside and out...
I'm not sure it's that a good idea though... When moisture is trapped in an enclosed space it has to go somewhere... What do you think guys ?

I have an illegal passenger :D

It looks pretty much okay from 9 ft away... it's when you get closer that you see the little problems

I doubt that extra sealant will hurt anything and it could keep delamination at bay. I did a little of that in some places, too. However, hopefully, you'll have your teardrop sealed well and it won't get moisture between the walls.

You're making good progress. ...Cute kids!
