Yes I did. Crab meat sesame seeds and mandarin slices. It was a hit at home and at the park cook out that we go to on sundays. Thanks for the recipe it will be a staple in our arsenal. I did not do the bacon bits on this one but I will do that next time. 8)

I also put a little hot sauce in it to fire it up a little.

I think I may have to do this at IRG.

I'm a mustard, chili, onion, relish and shredded cheddar kinda guy. Then for desert I do a Miracle Whip, ketchup and relish.A real loaded dog has to be eaten with a fork.Desert dogs are finger food.

I prefer "Hebrew National" or a nice Brat or other type smoked sausage.

Kraut is always cool but kraut and chili don't mate.I like cole slaw or chips but no pushing that "Staley's" slaw on me(Local B-B-Q puts B-B-Q suace in their slaw).

Going to try a little experiment take an all beef wiener and cook it over an open fire let it cool off then get a waffle dog and make up some sort of corn bread batter and cook that up mean while take a panini bun and put on some sort of tex mex cheese and broil that place waffle dog on bun and sprinkle with some more cheese and to melt the cheese cover in pulled pork and top with some chili ..sit back and eat then enjoy the after glow I think one will do

And I thought I was being clever when I started using Pace picante sauce instead of catsup (ketchup). I do love a good chilli and cheese dog, though. Now if you go with Italian sausage, That gets fried taters, green peppers and onions with mustard and barbeque sauce (Kansas City style).

I grilled a package of these babys the other day!

These brats are so darn good but you can almost feel your arteries clog up shortly after eating them.
