If anyone out there has the same warped sense of humor as I do, you are welcome to my one-off, 3ft wide and 3 ft long, levitating creation. This one man TD has a 7 ft 6 in bed, a rear hatchlid with galley area, a tip-out side that also has a slide out enclosed drawer that extends for the feet. The front wall pops out for added shoulder room and it even comes equipped with a roof hatch. This little rig weighs less than 100 pounds and is suspended in the air, when connected to the hitch reciever. It has the same DMV regulations as a luggage carrier, since it doesn't extend more than 4 ft from the hauler. Just think, no license, no turn, break or tail lights, no insurance to buy, no bearings to repack or tires to wear out, no back-up problems, since it becomes an extension of the vehicle and is very stable while clipping along down the interstate at 70 mph, in any lane you choose. I know, because it floated along over 2000 miles behind my 4 banger Chevy Cruze, when I attended the last Dam Gathering. Actually you almost forget that it's back there.
I need more room in my woodworking shop, and just don't have room for the 3 teardrops I now have.
