As of right this moment, we have 2,583 registared members on the site. But 1,388 of them haven't so much as hollered "Howdy Hi".

Come on folks, join in on the fun. Lots to be learned.

Maybe we need to purge after 12 months and no show on the forum. It might get us more realistic numbers. I'm quite sure that many folks join just so they can acces everything one time. What do you think ?

Alan,

I'm not so interested in "purging" as I am getting them to participate! :applause: Look how much good information is shared because of the 1194 people who ARE active! 8)

Chris,

Do you really want people to make post after post that never really build or own a tear drop? This ain't the Lonely Hearts Club its the T&TTT Forum, maybe they read a few posts and decided it wasn't for them... I say throw them to the lions.

I noticed it right off the bat, but I'd better keep quiet, cause I aint settin' no speed record myself.
I'm gonna stay outta the purge conversation, might get political...

But at least your doing something. I think? Haven't seen any progress pictures lately. Do we need to talk to the boss, aka TDN?

Have a good day.

Gage,
Work is starting to get in the way, progress is slow at the moment.
I do have the walls framed. TDN knows what my work load is like, boy does she ever. I just need my six numbers to come up so I can retire.
I'm tryin' to peck away at it when I get free time.
That job I did over the weekend really took a toll on me.
I have officially been welcomed into the "You're Old Now" club because of this.
After working all weekend, I was finally able to leave a secured jobsite at 4:30 AM Monday morning. I went home and went to bed, only to wake up three hours later with agonizing leg cramps, which took an hour to subside.
I then went to make some coffee and procceeded to spill a 3 lb. bag of coffee beans across my kitchen floor. I didn't even get dressed, or leave the house that day.
I do know this... TDN & I, maybee the kids too if I have them that weekend are going to stop by the Dam Gathering, tearless for the second year runnin'. :(
I will have something to show at the IRG, even if it's only two walls staked to the ground with a tarp stung up as the roof. :?
(That would at least be one step above soft-siding it)

That's alright, I've been restoring my sisters teardrop for almost two years now and what I have done so far is move it from the side of my house to beside my driveway. Wonder how long it's going to take to get it in the garage? And that's just to take it apart to see what exactly has to be done.

Aw, now you know the rest of my story as to why it took me 2 1/2 years. Even though I am retired, my part time job kept getting in the way plus the lack of ready cash.

Have a good day.
