For sale 7x7x14 cargo trailer/toyhauler conversion

Up for sale is our 2012 Diamond cargo trailer. It is 7ft wide, 7ft tall and 14 ft long plus the v-nose length. It was special ordered by me from Diamond cargo and the basic trailer featured a slant v-nose, 24 inch diamond plate around the outside of trailer. It has a drop ramp on the rear with a flap. It has an RV style door on the side, led light package and electric brakes. The color is charcoal grey. It has ¾ inch plywood floor and I ordered it with a roof vent as well as black aluminum fully adjustable side vents (2), and 2 stabilizer jacks on the rear. The ceiling was also braced and wired for an RV style air conditioner.
We purchased and modified this trailer to haul our Goldwing trike . The trailer hauls the trike very well and would haul 2 regular motorcycles without a problem. On trips, our son would sleep in total comfort in the trailer and referred to it as the "Taj Mahal Trailer".
We have pulled the trailer 3000 miles and slept in the trailer in the rain and have had no leaks at all.
The walls were insulated with 1 inch foam board, then 3/8 plywood was re installed on the walls and then skinned with ¼ inch luan plywood. The ceiling was insulated with reflectex, then 1 inch foam board and then skinned with ¼ inch luan.
I installed a silver Maxx Air roof vent cover over the roof vent to keep the rain out when the vent is open. The trailer is wired with 110v AC power and 12 volt DC power and has an RV style 45watt power center with invertor charger in it that keeps the 3 month old deep cycle marine battery charged up. It has interior lights that work off of 110v and lights that work off of 12 v as well and 2, 12 volt exterior RV style lights. It comes with a 4.4 cu ft refridgerator/freezer installed in the cabinet that runs on 110volt power.
It has a 13inch lcd tv installed in it and a Touch screen rv style stereo that will play AM/FM, DVD, Mp3. The stereo is wired to the TV to play DVD's and system has 2 speakers in the cabinets.
The cabinets are glued and screwed, the cabinet doors are actually RV exterior cargo hatches and look very nice and latch very solid. It has a small microwave oven inside one of the cabinets that will come with it too.
The power to the trailer connects to a marine style 30 amp connector on the outside of the trailer and it will come with a 25ft power cord as well. The 12 volt power is supplied by the marine deep cycle battery mounted on the tongue.


I installed 2, 36X15 sliding RV window, and RV mural decals on the side. Also installed an Rv folding grab handle at the side door for mama to grab onto to help her get in it.
The walls have e-track cargo rails installed at various places. The floor has been finished in a speckled garage floor finish and has multiple recessed d-ring tie downs as well as a recessed, flip up front tire chock mounted in the floor.
If asking price is met, trailer will include a new weight distribution hitch, sway control and a Wynter 14000btu portable A/C unit.
The trailer was built with care, with the intention of keeping it.
