In your album, click on any thumbnail for the larger version. Then when it comes up copy the Image-URL and then when you post it, it'll show like this:




P.S. You can see how I did it by clicking on the Quote button to the right and then review the way I typed it. Be sure to take notes.

i just tried to do your way (gage), but when i click on the image, my computer asks if i want to save it. that is my only choice. those img codes do not show up for me. that is why i use photobucket, from there i can get those codes.

Eagle , you need to use your personal album more ( I’ve somewhat over-used mine ) ... it’s all there ... Easy to use , once you get used to it.

i would use it, but my system will not show those img codes that make it larger. only small images. i can figure out how to do something if my system does it. its not a big deal. i've been doing this for a while now. for me, i will post pic with photobucket, and to view the smaller images, i just go to their album. i can do a work around.

I have windows 7 and I believe IE 9.

i have windows 7. i just did a check and i am running ie9 also.
i can go into the album and click once on an image. if i click on it again, i get a pop up that asks me if i want to save.
the only choice i have is a code for the link and then the other code for the small image to show up. i think the problem is that i can't click the pic a second time (that is when the save pop up happens). and i think the second click is where the img code for larger pic is.

Just click on the thumbnail once with the left button on your mouse and that should get you the larger picture with the coding noted below it.


P.S. With this posting, I'm using Foxfire.

Okay Gage
I was getting that same "Save" message as Eagle.
But I thought I would give it another try.
Clicked on the thumbnail and it enlarged. Scrolled down and saw the code.
Highlighted it, right clicked selected "copy" closed that window returning me to this post. Right clicked selected "paste"
and here is what I got.

Okay obviously where ever I type in the code that I brouhgt over from my ALbum just pops up the picture.

can you click your image, and then click your image again?

Go to your gallery, click your pic to expand it, copy the url, click out of your pic, go to your post, click img and paste your url in between the parenthesis.
It works great but it makes the pic too big, you can resize your pic but it seems much easier to just insert the img and if people want to see it bigger they can click it to expand it.

i tried that also. nothing happened just the words and codes.

Aw, hell with what admin thinks. Louella, add the image tags to the below coding and see what happens. Then go into your gallery and see if you can find the coding I used.

Why would the administrators give you strike 3 for helping others here on the Forum?
