light weight PVC construction & 0ther ideas

After deciding that I wanted to be able to haul my trailer with the smaller of my vehicles I needed to research light weight designs so I think I found pvc to be my solution and thought I'd share some of the information that I have found

For straight runs of 3/4 pvc if you insert 1/2 E.M.T. tubing inside it is almost unbendable.
You may need to lube it up to insert longer sections together.
Growing older but not up !

what about 11/4 tubing as that is something I think might work a little better for my needs
