I'd give it a try. Our local Burger King was offering a bacon sunday not to long ago. Yes really.... My son had one. He said it was a little wierd.

I dunno... I think about every southern recipe begins with "Take some bacon grease....." I love bacon, but bacon jello is a little much for me.

I use bacon sparingly. Don't want to end up in a jumbo scooter chair in a photo on People of WalMart dot com.
