What's Your Trailer Theme?

Postby droid_ca » Wed Dec 26, 2012 11:50 am

What's your trailer theme?
After seeing lots of beautiful trailers over the years and starting on building my own I have noticed a lot of Form over Function in regards to sticking with a particular theme so I thought this might be a good place as any to share our pictures of our theme related ideas.
So please tell us your theme and show us a picture or more of it

What is it too cold up there to actually be working on your trailer?

Ok so back to the subject

so was this a choice or was it just by design?

One of my ideas for the interior anyways I'd like to have the Cabin feeling...lots of wood and a natural type of feeling in the craftsmanship, I don't want to have it feel like I can buy it all at the store

I'm still waiting for some essential parts to arrive but will be doing the front and back walls here soon

With exception of "Slow" we should all check our spelling before we press submit.

Hey Rob
Sounds like you are sitting in front of the fire today.....just like I am.
Sandi said I would probably end up on the couch today watching Dusters.
Well so far I have seen "Two Mules for Sister Sarah", "Eldorado" and currently watching "Big Jake".
One can not get too much John Wayne on winter day (Especially Boxing Day) can one?

Sorry droid_ca I couldn't spell blogna correct in my post. :peace:

If and when I get a CT I will start out basic with what I have
then if I make it to Florida upon my return I would like to not be the best but
to have one that is comfortable as well as nice looking.

I really like the european rounded look of their stoves, sinks ect.
which is way beyond my building skills

one of my airplanes flew so slow compared to the others we started caling it the "turtle"
people gave us little turtle thing-a-bobs for years great plane just flew slow to much drag.

I'll settle for a nice cozy looking one that you don't tire of after a couple of weeks

No worries Pete Hmm turtle like as in house on your back that could be an interesting idea..I do understand about cozy I'm trying to make mine have things that I'd appreciate sitting at every day...the table/bar that I'm building has taken me weeks to do and I'm nowhere near finished it I have many more coats of finish to apply I'm up to 10 now and would like to try and get about 10 more on it before I call it done as for some of the other things I'd like to think somewhere along the lines of a pirate style with maybe a little bit of Dark and Gloomy but have some of my key elements of nature inside to keep everything kinda balanced but I guess it wil have little pieces of me in it and thats what really matters
