Eagle , that’s a pretty Cool idea , and you could even rub the plastic bag with a piece of fur to build up a “charge” ... then the dust would be attracted to the “suit” .. 8) Schmaybe’ just a plastic apron would help ... ?

If that would work, I wonder if you could follow up by standing in a bin then hook up to a grounding strap. Would the foam particles then fall into the bin for disposal? Probably wouldn't work but sure would be cool if it did.

Easiest thing so far is to just have somebody else standing there with the vacuum cleaner ... simple and we know that works ...

Works "okay" with a router, but not 100% due to fan effect of the router, direction of travel, and when the pocket becomes uncovered on the opposite side from the vacuum nozzle.

Still plenty of clean-up required.

KC, I had a cheapo little palm sander go belly up from foam dust .... one day it just chugged to a halt , and groaned ... :frightened:

Too COLD here to sand outside , too Messy to sand inside ... Decided to make a habitat for my adopted Toad ... (little Django ) The wife is bringing home some tasty crickets ... after all it is the Holidays ... :R

You need to add a Toad room to your huge FS foamie!

Yes, now another official member of the family ... the “rescue" Toad ... Once you give them a name , it’s all over eh ?

The wife came home with the special, toad bedding (Eco-dirt) , a toad swimming pool , and a bag of little crickets , which I released into the studio :o This morning , not a cricket in sight ... :frightened: I’ll get a pic of Toad Hall , once it gets light ....

Well, although somewhat silly , it is Thriftier than a pony ... :R

Hmmm a Wind in the Willows theme trailer

Well, the boy (or girl ? ) found the habitat , jumped in and promptly buried itself in the dirt only it’s little nose sticking out now ... hope that’s "normal “ ? :o

Guess now we’ll have to make a distinction between Toad and Towed... Only in the Foamie’ section eh ??? 8)

yes, they bury themselves.
when i was digging up the ground for my garden, i found two of them under there. they were both pretty lucky i did not chop one of 1/2. they were pretty deep also. maybe that is what they do for winter. aren't they one of the few that truely hibernate?

OK , I had to read up on this , and yes they do hibernate :o ... so I guess after a nice tasty cricket dinner , our toad has settled down to a long winters nap ... Thing is , it doesn’t stay cold here for long , so we don’t know when the next “appearance” will happen ... Just wait till I tell the band to play quietly as to not wake up little Django ... Yeah right !!! :R
