Very nice looking rig!
Glad to hear you enjoyed it this year.
Hope to see it in person in 2013.

Thanks again and I thought I'd answer a few questions:

1. Fenders are from R. W. Johnson in CA.http://www.teardroptrailers.net

2. Trailer weight is 950lb loaded. About 100# heavier than what I was shooting for.

3. Galley and interior woodwork is all russian birch. Plywood for most, and some solid wood for cabinets and trim. The walls are pre-finished birch, with the rest coated in polyurethane. I think I would look for a different finish in the future. The Poly was a little yellow, and I would rather try to mimic the truly clear finish of the pre-finished ply.

We managed to make it out for a few more trips in late summer, and still love it. It's a much more comfortable experience than a tent!

I did a cross country trip way back in 1970. Left for California in a '62 Cadillac, towing a sailboat, with $30 and a gas card. Ahhh. To be so young again.

Today, if I had only $30 in my pocket, I wouldn't even leave the driveway.
