During my 40 years of supervising large comercial construction sites, I always left reminder notes to myself on my desk, before leaving my construction office, to remind me of the first things to be done tomorrow. Then as I turned the key to lock the door, I said to myself, "I"ve done the best I can do today, and won't think about this job until tomorrow". That worked for me, and now in my leisure years, my stress level is virtually zero, as long as those retirement checks keep coming in. I hope that continues for 20 or 30 more years.
